We’re looking for a Marketing & Events Coordinator to support our growing marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience across events, social media, and full funnel marketing, and who is curious about using AI tools to make marketing more creative, efficient, and data-driven.

What You’ll Do
Events
Support planning and execution of virtual and in-person events including webinars, conferences, and field events (e.g., VIP dinners).
Manage event logistics: scheduling, ordering, registration pages, email reminders, and day-of support.
Help create event materials: slides, one-pagers, social graphics, and follow-up emails.
Experiment with AI tools (e.g., for summarizing webinars or drafting first-pass event recaps) to speed up content creation.
Social Media
Maintain the social media calendar and schedule posts; broaden Goodpath’s exposure in social media channels
Repurpose content from events, blog posts, and internal thought leadership into snackable social media pieces.
Create short-form video content to engage our target audiences
Full Funnel Marketing
Help maintain the marketing asset library: keep decks, one-pagers, photos, and templates organized and updated.
Create written and video content highlighting events, member stories, or product updates.
Support marketing analytics: update dashboards, track key metrics (event attendance, blog traffic, social engagement), and run simple A/B tests with guidance.
Conduct competitive research to surface new event formats, social media trends, and marketing ideas.
What Success Looks Like
Well-run events with strong attendance and post-event content follow-up.
A consistent, on-brand presence across all social media channels with growing engagement.
An organized asset library and marketing calendar that the team relies on.
Clear reporting on event, social, and content performance with insights for improvement.
What You Bring
0–2 years of marketing experience or relevant internships.
Strong writing skills for short-form content (social posts, event recaps, emails).
Comfort with social media platforms and interest in event marketing.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new marketing tools and skills.
Interest in learning tools like HubSpot or email automation platforms.
Bonus Points
Experience with video editing
Interest and/or education in health
Interest in marketing analytics, dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), or learning SQL
