Low back pain
Weight Management
Excess weight is a driver of musculoskeletal issues such as back pain. Goodpath offers dedicated care to help people achieve a healthier weight through customized nutrition counseling, tailored exercises and behavioral coaching.
Ergonomic guidance
Sitting, standing, and moving improperly can all cause pain. A program may include posture support devices, ergonomics counseling, or core exercises to address this.
Mental health care
Stress, anxiety and depression can occur with low back pain. Personalized care may include online therapy, as well as relaxation and mindfulness practices.
Sleep support
Poor sleep can increase strain, which worsens back pain, which worsens sleep. Goodpath stops the cycle by helping to establish good sleep hygiene practices, and offering care such as cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
Degenerative Disc Disease
Degenerative disc disease causing back pain can drive the need for care.

Goodpath custom designs all care programs to each individual, providing everything a member needs across 3 major areas to progress in their health journey
Dedicated Health Coach
A health coach with a clinical background guides a member through their program, providing motivation and behavioral change support. Unlimited coaching calls and texts allow people to work at their own pace and schedule
Physical Tools
Goodpath ships a box to a member's doorstep with support tools needed for care, such as resistance bands for exercises and a TENS device for pain.
Digital Care
The Goodpath app features a library of digital resources, including exercise videos, mind-body practices, and educational materials, all delivered in an engaging and easy-to-follow format.
GLP-1 Medications at Goodpath
For those meeting clinical qualification, GLP-1s are a completely optional addition to your Goodpath program and cost $299-$449 per month, depending on dosage. The Goodpath program without a prescription is completely free.
