Great job on taking this step to prioritize your mental health!

In order to get started with your Goodpath program, we’d like for you to have a conversation with one of our therapists. This is to ensure that you are safe and supported. It is also to understand if our program can meet your needs and goals. You can review the document called Pre-Program Screening, which goes over what to expect from the conversation. 

If you haven't already, please send your coach a message with the dates and times you are available within the week for a Goodpath therapist to speak with you. You can use the Coach chat function in the app.

Also included here are resources to use should you find yourself in crisis:
