Help with Brain Fog - Writing the Day’s Events

Brain fog can cause problems with concentration, attention and memory. Using your brain in different ways can help you regain those skills and abilities. Here is Part 2 of a simple practice. It will help to further “exercise” your brain so you can return to your pre-brain fog activities.


Materials: Have paper or a notebook available.

When: At around 5:00 PM every day for 4 weeks.

Where: In a quiet place without distractions.

What: At 5:00 PM, write down everything you did since you woke up.


Rest your brain for a few minutes after each writing session. Close your eyes. Take a slow deep breath in through your nose, then breathe out through your mouth.

Repeat 5-10 times.

You’ve completed the practice.
