How whole-person care works
Goodpath’s care addresses the condition and its contributing factors with a combination of treatments, completed at your pace. Whole-person care resolves co-existing conditions together.

Exercise therapy
Back pain can drive the need for care. Custom programs may include a TENS stimulation device to manage short-term pain, along with exercise therapy for long-term resolution.
1:1 Nutrition counseling
A poor diet may contribute to inflammation or excess strain. Custom Mediterranean diet guidelines or 1:1 nutrition counseling are techniques that can help shift diets to anti-inflammatory foods
Ergonomic guidance
Sitting, standing, and moving improperly can all cause pain. A program may include posture support devices, ergonomics counseling, or core exercises to address this.
Meditation and stress management

Coaches & medical team
Goodpath is a whole-person, integrative clinic that addresses common, chronic conditions. Its whole-person care examines habits, lifestyle, and even stress levels to provide remedies for those contributors. Goodpath blends the expertise of its 20+ medical disciplines with technology and human intervention to improve the health of its members.
Your dedicated Goodpath health coach is your partner on your health journey. They can modify your care based on your schedule or needs, guide you through treatments, and generally, serve as a medical resource for you, to accomplish short-term wins and longer-term health improvement.
Coaches are matched with members based on conditions members have and any stated preferences they have about how to best manage their coaching relationship, such as speaking in a language other than English, meeting outside of work hours, or any cultural considerations.
Goodpath complements the care you’re receiving from your doctor. Goodpath support is a helpful resource in the day-to-day progress toward recovery. You are encouraged to share your Goodpath care plan with your doctor(s).
Treatments & care
You start with a simple health assessment. After the assessment, you will be assigned a dedicated health coach who will explain the program and help you set goals for recovery. Care is accessed via the Goodpath smartphone app with physical items that are shipped to your home, at no additional cost.
You can start now! Care is designed to be accessed when you’re ready for it. The best approach is to review digital treatments AND schedule a call with your health coach on the same day. You can start digital treatments prior to meeting with your health coach, but your coach can help explain how treatments work and address any questions you may have.
Most members engage with the program for about 12 weeks. You and your health coach will determine when the right time is for you to graduate from the program. You have the option to reengage with the Goodpath program for up to a year following your initial start date.
Our medical team of doctors and 20+ medical disciplines built an automated clinical algorithm, which determines the treatments to include in your program based on the information you provide in our health assessments, starting with the initial assessment. The algorithm takes into account your symptoms, medical history, care preferences, current medications, and known allergies to generate safe and tailored treatments for you. Additionally, the treatments selected for a program always undergo a secondary review by a member of our medical team before it is approved for use by the member.

Your privacy is important to us at Goodpath. Any information provided to us during your health assessment will only be used to create a personalized self-care program for you and to improve our ability to recommend better, more effective treatments in the future. It is never shared with your employer or any third-party.
No. Everything in your care plan, including treatments, shipments, and coaching, are already paid for you by MAPFRE. There will never be a cost to you.
