Events and Field Marketing Manager

We partner with leading employers and benefits consultants to improve employee health outcomes while reducing healthcare costs.

About the Role We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Events Manager to lead our multi-channel event strategy. You will drive top-of-funnel growth and brand visibility by managing national conferences, regional networking groups, VIP field events, consultant gatherings, and virtual experiences. This role blends event strategy, logistics, and marketing with a focus on ROI.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate to develop and champion the event strategy and calendar across conferences, regional groups, consultant events, VIP field events, and webinars

  • Plan and execute logistics for in-person and virtual events, including venue selection, budget management, collateral, gifting, and vendor coordination

  • Identify and secure speaking opportunities at key industry events; collaborate with content and medical teams to complete proposal writing and submission process

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, partnerships, and marketing teams to drive success before, during, and after the each event

  • Manage post-event follow-up, including reporting, lead handoff, and ROI tracking

  • Build strong relationships with consultants, partners, and event organizers to uncover high-value opportunities

  • Support webinar series and virtual experiences, including platform setup, speaker prep, and audience engagement strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B event marketing or field marketing, preferably in digital health or HR/benefits

  • Proven success managing multiple event types: trade shows, executive dinners, webinars, partner events, etc.

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage external vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Excellent written communication skills, including experience writing speaker abstracts or panel proposals

  • Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment where strategic thinking and hands-on execution go hand in hand

  • Strong collaborator, team player, and ability to lead from the side and from the front to drive cross-functional team success at events

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRMs (HubSpot a plus)
