The Role:
We’re hiring a VP of Sales to lead and scale our employer growth engine. You’ll report directly to the CEO – owning annual revenue targets, managing and growing the sales team, and instilling the playbook that takes us to $100M+ ARR.
What You’ll Do
Own revenue and pipeline: hit targets, drive pipeline growth, and lead deal strategy
Build and lead a top-tier sales team: hire and develop AEs, BDRs, and future frontline leaders
Instill a performance culture: set targets, learn from progress, and enforce pipeline discipline
Drive strategic deals: win big opportunities, especially via consultants and channel partners
Own the playbook: shape our sales approach; review 20+ calls each month to continuously improve
Help shape our GTM: Partner across GTM to focus on ICP, deepen partner relationships, and scale what works
What you bring to the table:
10+ years in B2B sales, including 5+ as a top-performing sales leader
Experience in employer benefits or digital health
Proven success with complex sales cycles (6-9+ months) and partner-driven motions
Seller-in-chief: hands-on with deals while building the team
Early-stage builder: thrive in ambiguity and create structure from scratch
Data-driven operator who loves coaching the frontline
Team-first mindset and strong leadership presence
