Get the best guidance from your dietitian
Arm your dietitian with the facts
It sounds simple, but people can fail to get quality advice because the nutritionist doesn’t have all the information.
Share information on any diets you’ve tried. Make sure they know about your current diet, supplements (pills, shakes, or bars), foods that bother you, daily habits, and anything else you think might help.
Set (realistic!) goals
Talk with your dietitian about your goals.
Plan ahead! Have at least one reachable goal in mind, each time you meet.
With Goodpath, you’ll meet with a dietitian 1 to 2 times a month to start, then once every 2 to 3 months.
