Nutrition coaching includes:
An initial assessment to gather information in order to develop your customized diet/nutrition plan.
A customized diet/nutrition plan to lessen your GI symptoms and help you discover which foods work best for you.
Two follow up sessions to review your food intake and diet quality, foods that worsen GI symptoms (triggers), changes in GI symptoms, level of physical activity, and etc.
Email support to help answer your questions and guide you along the way!
Yoga for Stress & Anxiety
Stress can sometimes trigger IBS, back pain, or troubled sleep symptoms making them worse and longer-lasting. Yoga can improve relaxation and reduce stress. Each online program is customized to each condition.
Goodpath also has some free guidance about yoga poses that help with back pain, with 8 effective and easy poses one can do at home.
Yoga Nidra
With yoga nidra, a person reaches a state similar to deep, non-REM sleep while awake. It can help you fall and stay asleep, improving sleep quality.
The different stages of Goodpath's yoga nidra are:
Emphasizing stillness
Choosing a goal
Body scanning
Breathing awareness
Focusing on awareness (dark space in front of eyes)
Thinking of simple, positive focus for practice again
Externalizing awareness
