Our multidisciplinary medical team  includes generalist and sub-specialist doctors, pharmacists, physical therapists, nutritionists, psychologists, and health coaches who have many years of expertise in caring for patients with back pain, sleep, and IBS.

This team-perspective to health allows us to provide a truly integrative approach to your care, focusing on all aspects of healing using our four pillars:  nutrition, supplements & medicines, exercise, and mind-body approaches.

Stephanie Gianoukos, MD, MPH

I am a Pain Management specialist who has practiced in the Greater Boston area for over 15 years. Before attending UMASS Medical School, I received a Masters in Public Health at Boston University and worked for several years for the Department of Public Health performing statistics and data analysis. I completed my residency in Anesthesiology at St Elizabeth's Medical Center in Boston and then my fellowship in Pain Medicine at the same institution. In my practice, I focus on multimodal pain management, which means I incorporate multiple modalities and types of medications in order to offer pain relief to my patients. I currently work for the Steward Medical Group running two of their Pain Centers and treating patients with acute and chronic pain.

Gregg Jacobs, PhD

I am a behavioral and sleep medicine specialist with over 30 years of experience in research, clinical practice, and teaching at Harvard Medical School and the University of Massachusetts Medical School. I am also one of the principal developers of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I). As a Senior Scientist at Harvard’s Mind/Body Medical Institute and an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, I spent almost 20 years treating and researching insomnia, and developed the first drug-free program for insomnia proven more effective than sleeping pills, which has since been taught to more than 10,000 patients, thousands of health care professionals, and major corporations. I have significant expertise in positive psychology, behavioral medicine, and the effects of stress, emotions, and mind/body interventions on health.

Akl Fahed, MD, MPH

I’m a cardiologist and scientist at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston, MA, where I’ve trained for the past decade. I treat patients with heart disease or trying to prevent it, and my research is focused on genetic discovery and risk prediction. I’m passionate about healthcare innovation and work nationally to advance innovation in medicine. I founded Goodpath because I believe we can improve the quality of life for millions of people suffering from common but disabling conditions.

Beth Holloway, RN, M. Ed

I’m a registered nurse with an Associate's Degree in Nursing and Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from Youngstown State University, as well as a Master's Degree in Community Health Education from Kent State University. I’ve worked for several prominent healthcare organizations, including Allscripts and the University North Carolina School of Medicine, and I currently provide consulting services to various organizations as a clinical expert.

Roukoz Abou-Karam, MD

I’m a physician with expertise in medical review and research. I currently serve as a postdoctoral research fellow at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA; and as the Associate Editor of WikiDoc.org, a collaborative medical encyclopedia for health care professionals. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut and Medical Doctor degree from the St. George's Hospital University Medical Center.

Christelle Younes, MD

I’m a primary care physician based in Montreal, Canada. I earned my medical doctor degree from l'Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth followed by residency training in family medicine at Hȏtel-Dieu de France. My experience in primary healthcare is focused on providing continuous care, both therapeutic and preventive, for people of all ages and through all stages of life. My approach to wellness is patient-centered, targets physical comfort as well as emotional and social support, while adapting to the emerging health challenges in the patient’s community.

Andriana Konstantakopoulos, BS Pharm

I’ve been a practicing pharmacist in Greece for the past several years. In addition to my degree from the Department of Pharmacy at the University of Patras, Greece, I have received additional training in pharmacy compounding, Homeopathic medicine and cosmetology. I have worked in multiple high-volume pharmacies in the city of Athens where I routinely counsel patients on managing their health conditions. I’m a firm believer in an integrative approach to health that combines medications and lifestyle changes.

Linda Said, MS, RD, LDN

I’m a clinical dietician and nutrition science professional with several years of experience providing medical nutrition therapy and evaluating nutritional care for diverse populations. I’ve worked with patients in Beirut and Boston-based medical institutions such as Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital. I obtained my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from the American University of Beirut and my MS in Nutrition Science and Policy from Tufts University in Boston.

Ioannis Koutsourelakis, MD, MSc, PhD

I am an Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) surgeon specialized in sleep medicine with a clinical practice based in Athens, Greece. After finishing Otolaryngology residency in Greece, I completed fellowships at Sint Lucas Andreas Hospital, Amsterdam; Johns Hopkins Medicine, Baltimore; and Weill Cornell Medicine. I have dedicated the last 15 years to developing a deeper understanding of the pathophysiology of sleep disorders as well as mastering state-of-the art treatments for patient care. My research, including randomized trials on device treatments for sleep disorders, has been widely cited in leading international medical journals.

Karim Sleiman, MD

I am a primary care physician based between Tennessee (US) and Beirut (Lebanon). My medical education focused on research design for non-communicable diseases. I completed my residency training in internal medicine at the University of Tennessee Medical Center. My postdoctoral training was focused on imaging of age-related diseases at Duke University. My clinical practice is inspired by principles of positive psychology, guided by an empathic patient-centered approach and based on personalized care.

Joanna Gholmie, BS Pharm, MS

I am a pharmacist and outcomes research professional. I have practiced in retail and clinical pharmacy in Lebanon and Switzerland prior to attending graduate school and conducting health outcomes research at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) University in Boston.

TJ Snediker, DPT, TPI

I’m a doctor of physical therapy and a personal trainer. I maintain a practice at Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates and Precision PT, both in the Boston area. I also operate Elite Physical Performance, which specializes in exercise and golf fitness. I have six years of clinical experience treating back pain, musculoskeletal pain, and sports injuries, among other conditions.

Michael Soares

I’m a personal trainer and health coach. Following my bachelor degree in exercise physiology, I completed multiple trainings and eventually became Tier 3+ trainer at Equinox and founder of the New Human Project. I’ve trained people from diverse backgrounds, from Olympians and professional athletes to people managing chronic back pain.

Niki Saccareccia, E-RYT

I am a yoga educator and meditation teacher, and the creator of Roadmap to Mindful Living, a lifestyle management course for turning good intentions into good habits. My teaching is informed by a decade of experience as a clinical behavioral therapist and the systemic way that we change our behavior to improve the quality of our life. My own training began in 2007 and is a blend of yoga traditions, lab hours in integral anatomy and breath-driven alignment for holistic health, trauma informed therapy to manage pain, aging and mental health.

Hala Ramadan, BS Pharm, RPh, MS

I am a registered Pharmacist in the state of Massachusetts and an Epidemiologist. I am a graduate from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy in Boston. I received my masters in epidemiology from the American University of Beirut where I trained in methods of research and data analysis. My thesis was published in the WHO's Eastern Mediterranean Health Journal. I have practiced for over 15 years and was a teaching assistant in the Faculty of Pharmacy for 3 years. I am also a certified public health officer and a licensed immunizer.

Abigail Freyer, PT, DPT, MFD

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy practicing in the Los Angeles area. I treat a variety of conditions from pre/post-op, movement disorders and sports related injuries using a strong focus on orthopedic rehabilitation through manual therapy techniques and alignment through postural education. With comprehensive care by way of functional evaluations, my philosophy of treatment is consistent with integrating patient education and strengthening specific to the individuals lifestyle needs. I have seven years of clinical experience.

Sheena Patel, RYT

I’m an experienced wellness coach and leader. Acting on the deep need for sustainable health for individuals, athletes, and communities, I created Savsani, a Wellness Management Company, a Wellness Management Company. My work over the past 15 years has been dedicated to curating wellness initiatives that foster a Simply Whole lifestyle. I have extended my expertise to lecture programs at Massachusetts Institute of Technology that find solutions in managing stress to dealing with life-threatening patient care at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH).

Jennifer Graham, RYT

I am a Master Trainer and Instructor for a Pilates-style national fitness franchise for the past 10 years. I have a variety of different fitness certifications including my 200 hour RYT from Hot Asana University. Using my experience with chronic pain, my focus has been on proper form and technique to provide personalized training to those needing modified to advanced routines for stronger core muscles, flexibility and overall wellness.

Emily S. Conley, PTA

I’m a physical therapy assistant and certified health and wellness coach. I mainly practice at an outpatient clinic and an acute care hospital in Rhode Island. I have a specialty certification in orthopedics, and a health coach certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I believe in a holistic and multi-dimensional approach to wellness.

Natalija Trojanovic, MS, EdM, MHC-LP

I am a mental health counselor at an Office of Mental Health clinic in New York City. I treat clients using an eclectic approach with an interest in person-centered therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy. I strongly believe in the importance of research and have been involved in numerous research projects during my undergraduate degree at the American University of Beirut, as well as my graduate degrees at King’s College, London and Columbia University.
