I had a wonderful conversation with my coach and we came up with a plan. I love that she asks my opinion on things, it makes me feel like I'm actually a part of my team!!

My shoulder pain was at a 9 out of 10 and now I'm at a 3 - it's so much better. And, thanks to the nutrition changes, I'm no longer pre-diabetic!

My coach was able to relate to me, understand my challenges, and provide practical suggestions that I feel I could actually implement.
